Ask about our $119 New Patient Special (comprehensive exam, X-rays and preventive cleaning) and our in-house PD Care Plan: $228 per year, per person, with 2 preventive visits a year and 20% off all dental treatments, including implants and braces. Restrictions may apply.
11. What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid ID, your dental insurance card (if you have one) and a list of your medications or medical conditions. You can save time by completing the New Patient Form online before your visit.
12. How often should I see the dentist?
The American Dental Association recommends regular dental visits, at intervals your dentist sets for you. For most patients that means a checkup and cleaning about every six months.

Yes. Our Eagle Mountain office now offers pediatric dentistry with Dr. Douglas Bowen, DMD, MPH: gentle, complete dental care for babies, kids and teens, so the whole family can be seen in one place.
